Unfortunately our experience with trucoat painting plus was not very good unlike a lot of the reviews that I have read below. First, the estimator was a no show to the scheduled appointment time to give us a quote to stain our fence. Rick stepped up to the plate and dropped everything he was doing to come give us a quote immediately and apologized for the inconvenience which we appreciated. After mulling over multiple quotes from other companies for a couple weeks we decided to go with Rick and his team on the project and signed a contract. After a couple months had went by we never heard from Rick to get the project on the books so I had reached out to him at which point he said he had lost my phone number and that we dropped too much on him. I informed Rick at this time I would be canceling the contract and decided our business would be valued elsewhere. “We’re all human” was the last response I received from Rick in regards to my dissatisfaction with the lack of communication on his end. From the looks of the pictures below tru coat painting plus does exceptional work however we never got the chance to work with trucoat painting plus unfortunately

I live in Elyria and wanted a completely new look for my home of 20 years! .. it took me a long time to take on this project so I wanted to be sure to get a company that would do the best job . I wasn’t sure where to start so I went by the reviews and came across True Coat Painting. The reviews were spot on. I was 100% satisfied with the transformation done to my home. I especially appreciated the way the team cleaned my house after each day of work. After the project, everything was put back where it was I did not need to rehang my curtains, televisions, or anything that was taken off of the walls. This Was a big project I had my ceilings, walls, and trim for my entire house painted which took approximately 5 days. Ricky, Aiden, Brandon, Dakota, and other members of the team were always pleasant, efficient, and accommodating of all my concerns. I would definitely recommend this company to anyone seeking Great quality and personable service!
We had a great experience with Trucoat Painting. We are located in Avon and had our basement rafters and walls painted and the results came out excellent! The space looks cleaner, brighter and far more finished than before. Aiden and Rick did an outstanding job—they were professional, punctual and paid close attention to detail.
